PlanB Safe Passage and Relocation Services Terms and Conditions
PART 1
1. Definitions
- "Company": Refers to PlanB, the provider of evacuation and relocation services.
- "Client": Refers to the individual, group, or entity availing the services of the Company.
- "Services": Refers to the evacuation and relocation services provided by the Company as described in the agreement.
2. Agreement
- By engaging the Company's services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Services Provided
- The Company shall provide evacuation and relocation services as agreed upon with the Client.
- Services may include but are not limited to emergency evacuation planning, transportation, temporary housing arrangements, and relocation assistance.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The Client shall provide accurate information regarding the evacuation and relocation requirements.
- The Client shall cooperate with the Company and follow all instructions provided during the evacuation and relocation process.
5. Fees and Payments
- The Client agrees to pay the Company the fees as outlined in the agreement.
- Payments shall be made in the manner specified in the agreement and are due upon receipt of the invoice.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation of services must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees.
- Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed according to the terms outlined in the agreement.
7. Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Client arising from events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation disruptions.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the Client's failure to provide accurate information or follow instructions.
8. Insurance
- The Client is responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage for their belongings during the evacuation and relocation process.
- The Company may offer insurance options as part of the services, but it is the Client's responsibility to review and select appropriate coverage.
9. Confidentiality
- The Company shall maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
11. Amendments
- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.
12. Entire Agreement
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company regarding the evacuation and relocation services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
By engaging the Company's services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. User Eligibility

- PlanB provides comprehensive evacuation and relocation services, including emergency planning, transportation arrangements, temporary housing, and relocation assistance.
3. Payment Methods and Fees
- Payment for our services can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods agreed upon.
- Fees for our services will be communicated to the client and are subject to change at the discretion of PlanB.
4. Flexibility in Modifying Offerings
- PlanB reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of our services at any time, with or without prior notice to clients.
- Clients will be informed of any modifications to our services, and alternative arrangements will be provided where possible.
5. Warranties
- While PlanB strives to provide high-quality services, we do not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the outcome or results of our services.
- Clients accept that the effectiveness of evacuation and relocation services may vary depending on external factors beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights associated with our services, including trademarks, logos, and proprietary software, belong to PlanB.
- Clients are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing our intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
- PlanB reserves the right to suspend or terminate a client's account if they violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or fail to make timely payments.
- Clients will be notified of any account suspension or termination and given an opportunity to rectify the situation if possible.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy
- PlanB is committed to protecting the confidentiality and privacy of client information.
- Client data will only be used for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Liability and Indemnification
- PlanB shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by clients arising from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation disruptions.
- Clients agree to indemnify and hold PlanB harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from their use of our services.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith between the parties.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
12. Amendments
